Information

• Bellado Monsoon seduces with its rich taste of roasted cocoa and spicy notes. Its strong, dense strength delights the senses and guarantees an unforgettable experience.

• The coffee beans are roasted in a gentle drum process for 16-18 minutes. In the original Italian stone oven, the aromas of the coffee are fully developed during this period. The firing curve rises slowly at 6 to 8 °C per minute at a temperature of 215 °C. No additives are used in the process, and after the long roasting, the beans are air-cooled for 5 minutes.

Crop growing areas

• Brazil has been the largest producer of coffee for over 150 years and is known for its high quality Arabica beans. Robusta beans come from Kerala, India, famous for its Malabar monsoon coffee. The Tarasu region of Costa Rica produces pure, sweet, light-bodied coffee. Guatemala offers a variety of coffees, from sweet and fruity to heavy and chocolatey.
