Gas pizza oven - Anthracite

Directions

• The oven should be warmed up slowly on first start-up. The temperature should be increased every 30 minutes by about 50 °C
  , until 400 °C is reached. Keep the door open for 4 hours
  the set temperature of 400 °C.

• The burner must be ventilated from all sides (including the bottom burner). If the original stand is not used, a frame must be fitted under the unit ensuring that there is at least 10cm of space between the lower edge of the unit and the worktop.

• During pizza baking, the lid must remain open, otherwise the oven will automatically switch off after 5 minutes
