Directions

• The oven should be warmed up slowly on first start-up. The temperature should be increased every 30 minutes by about 50 °C
  , until 400 °C is reached. Keep the door open for 4 hours
  the set temperature of 400 °C.

• Adjust the unit so that there is enough oxygen for the burners. If the item is to be used on a continuous worktop, a frame should be built under the oven so that the bottom edge of the oven has approximately 10cm of space next to the worktop.

• When baking a pizza, the lid must remain open, otherwise the oven will automatically switch off after 5 minutes
