Good to know: The special Robax glass located in front of the heating elements prevents burnt and unburned gases (NO, CO, CO2) from entering the food during the cooking process. It also provides indirect grilling, resulting in even browning and optimal heat distribution in the food. Thanks to this special Robax glass, charring of the meat is not possible.
